Terms of Use

Effective Date: April 9, 2026

1. Service Description

Billy Go provides a cloud-based subscription service that converts third-party, state-issued permits into GPS-navigable routes. The App is licensed, not sold, and you receive no ownership interest in any software, database, or underlying systems. "Driver" includes any person operating a vehicle or support/escort vehicle utilizing the Service.

2. Scope of Use & Permit Adherence

  • Permit-only routing: The Service is strictly for state-issued permit routes. Permits must be issued by the appropriate state authority and be valid at the time of use. Driving outside a permitted route may violate applicable law, and Billy Go provides no routing or guidance for such actions.
  • Not a general routing app: Billy Go is designed exclusively for permit-based routing. It is not a general truck routing or navigation application and must not be used as such.
  • No safety clearance guarantees: Billy Go does not provide routing based on bridge heights, weight limits, or physical clearances. The state-issued permit is the controlling authority for these factors.
  • No condition guarantees: Billy Go makes no representations or guarantees regarding traffic, weather, construction, road conditions, mislabeled roads, or hazards of any kind.
  • No load guarantees: Billy Go makes no representations or guarantees regarding the size, weight, dimensions, or compliance of any load.
  • Independent judgment required: You must follow all posted signs, road conditions, and law enforcement instructions regardless of any route displayed in the Service.

3. Deviation from Permit Route

If the Driver departs from the state-issued permit route for any reason, including missed turns, incorrect navigation, errors in route confirmation by the Driver, or errors in the generated route, Billy Go does not provide rerouting, corrective navigation, or alternative routing guidance.

Any deviation from the permitted route is the sole responsibility of the Driver. The Driver is responsible for determining the appropriate course of action following a deviation, including compliance with all applicable laws, permits, company policies, and safety requirements.

Billy Go provides no guidance, recommendations, or assurances once a deviation from the permitted route has occurred.

4. Route Acknowledgment & Driver Responsibility

  • Mandatory verification: The Driver shall be required to review and confirm each route generated by the Service prior to operating the vehicle.
  • Detailed confirmation requirement: The Driver must verify each intersection, road segment, and instruction to ensure the GPS route matches the state-issued permit exactly.
  • Driver responsibility: The Driver is solely responsible for confirming that the route is accurate and compliant with the permit.
  • Deviation responsibility: If a route is confirmed by the Driver but does not match the permit, the Driver assumes full responsibility for all resulting consequences, including legal, financial, and professional impacts.

YOU MUST PERSONALLY VERIFY THAT THE ROUTE MATCHES THE STATE-ISSUED PERMIT BEFORE OPERATING YOUR VEHICLE. YOU MAY NOT RELY ON BILLY GO TO AUTOMATICALLY GENERATE A CORRECT OR COMPLIANT ROUTE WITHOUT YOUR REVIEW AND CONFIRMATION.

  • Affirmative acceptance: The Service may require explicit acceptance for each route. By accepting a route, you acknowledge full responsibility for its accuracy and compliance.

5. User Input Accuracy

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when using the Service, including but not limited to permit details, dates, expiration, routing data, GPS coordinates, mileage, and driver information.

Any alteration, omission, or inaccuracy in submitted information that affects routing or compliance constitutes a violation of these Terms. You are solely responsible for all consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for autonomous or high-risk vehicle control
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service or its data to build competing products
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse data outside the intended use of the Service

7. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Billy Go disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that routing data is accurate, complete, or current, and real-world conditions may differ materially.

8. Comprehensive Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Billy Go and its affiliates from any third-party claims, damages, or losses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Accidents, collisions, or vehicle-related incidents
  • Violations of permits, laws, or regulations
  • Fines, penalties, or enforcement actions related to routing or compliance

This obligation applies, to the fullest extent permitted by law, regardless of the source of the claim against Billy Go.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billy Go's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Billy Go during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Billy Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

10. Data & Privacy

Billy Go may access and use certain data necessary to operate and improve the Service, including device information, routing interactions, location data, and permit-related inputs. By using the Service, you grant Billy Go a limited license to use this data for operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Service.

Data practices are further described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Legal Terms

  • Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
  • Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, where permitted by law.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Billy Go regarding the Service.

12. Acknowledgment

By using Billy Go, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for verifying all road conditions, permits, and compliance requirements before operating your vehicle, and that the Service is a supplemental tool only.
